Biography:

Abdeslam is a PhD candidate in Civil Engineering at Nantes Université, working at the GeM Laboratory on bio-based hybrid timber wall systems using additive manufacturing. His research focuses on thermal and mechanical performance, microstructural analysis, and full-scale experimental validation. He holds an engineering degree from École Nationale Polytechnique (Algeria) and a Master’s from CY Cergy Paris Université. He has experience in material formulation, digital simulation, and structural optimization.
